Gîte Le Lys
from 120 € /night

The symbol of the Lily represents gentleness, fertility, and majesty, just as the beauty of this dwelling is the reason why we named it thus.

Lovers of old stone buildings will be charmed by the Le Lys gîte, with its vaulted room, travertine ceilings, and exposed beams that create a cozy atmosphere. Its decor is tasteful and refined.

Everything has been carefully thought out and equipped for your comfort, including quality bedding that guarantees peaceful and restful nights, so you can start the day feeling great...

For your comfort the cottage is fully air-conditioned, you will also appreciate its two bedrooms with private shower rooms.

For your little ones, it is equipped with childcare equipment at no extra charge.

It has a separate entrance and a private terrace with garden furniture for your outdoor meals.

With its south-facing exposure, it offers a peaceful view of the Cévennes mountains.

The swimming pool is open from Easter in April until the end of September, depending on the weather.

A communal terrace where young and old gather under the wisteria, around the barbecue and pizza oven for moments of delicious food and conviviality...

  • Pélardon (AOP) spécialité des Cévennes...

    Table d'hôtes

A communal table for sharing a convivial moment...

During your stay, if you do not wish to put on a kitchen apron, we offer you homemade cuisine; each dish is prepared with passion, with flavors of yesteryear.

Cévennes cuisine is rustic, generous and deeply linked to its mountain terroir:

You can enjoy Pélardon, a small goat cheese, served plain on a platter or prepared at home as a crispy pastry. This one is enhanced with wild thyme from our mountains, a drizzle of fruity olive oil, and a touch of chestnut honey from Lozère, sourced from La Vallée Paradis!

Chestnuts can be enjoyed in many forms: in a soup that is both sweet and nourishing, in chestnut cream used as a sauce on ice cream, or even in pastries....

Don't forget the sweet onion from the Cévennes, highly regarded for its sweetness and low acidity, it is classified as AOP. It can be enjoyed raw in salads, tarts, confit or stuffed, and is appreciated on winter evenings in soup, accompanied by croutons and Gruyère cheese...

Depending on the season and the Chef's inspiration, let yourself be seduced by our traditional recipes, from here or elsewhere, which are like old friends: full of stories and always ready to delight you!
